Can it be linked with other companies' web services (email system, shopping cart, CRM, SFA, etc.)?

In ChatPlus, it would improve even more if you link with other systems. If you have any system that you want to link with, please make an inquiry to us as to that inquiry would also improve ChatPlus for more development of service.
However, it does not mean that we could link with all systems considering development resources and cost and conflict with other companies, so please be mindful of that.
