Chat functions

Order processing

You can set how to distribute operators to visitors if there are people waiting to the chat.

(1) Click on the setting button on the upper right of the management page.


(2) Click on [Chat]>[Function]>[Order processing] on the left side of the screen.


(3) Choose either [Automatic method] or [Choice method] and click on [Update].

Chatbot

Here, you can choose rule to activate・timeout of the chat.

Setting for automatic response

You can add new rules of the automatic activation. You can also set the activation processing with multiple rules. Click on [Register] after editing.

Here, it explains how to set these contents below.
・Send a message [Thank you for visiting. Do you have any questions?] 20 seconds after the page has opened.
・Send choices like [I want to know the business hour] or [Chat with the operator]
・Automatically respond [Our business hour is Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00.] when a visitor asked [I want to know the business hours]

(1) Open Chat Plus setting screen and click on [Chat]>[Function]>[Chatbot] on the left side of the screen.


(2) Click on [Automatic response setting]>[+Add automatic response].


(3) [Register automatic response] screen will be shown, so enter [Thank you for visiting. Do you have any questions?] in the box next to [Greeting when starting a chat].


(4) Check in the box on the left of [Add questions] and click on [Add choices], make it two.


(5) Enter in boxes in each choice 1 and 2 added in (4), [I want to know the business hour] and [Chat with the operator].


(6) Click on [Elapsed time after displaying a page] from the pull down beside [Display a rule].


(7) [〇 seconds has passed after displaying a page] will show under the pull down in (6), enter [20] in the empty box.


(8) Click on [Register] and check
1.if the rules registered under [Register automatic response] is added.
2.if it is [ON] of the set rule.


(9) Click on [Automatic response setting]>[+Add automatic response].


(10) [Register automatic response] screen will be shown, so enter [Our business hour is Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00] in the box right of the [Greeting when starting a chat].


(11) In the section [Display rule], click on [Match with user's remark].


(12) [Match with 〇] will be shown under the pull down in (11), enter [I want to know the business hour] in the empty box.


(13) Click on [Register] and check
1.if the registered rule under [Register automatic response] is added.
2.if it is [ON] on the right of the set rule.

By adding multiple logic like these, you can make your own unique automatic chat.

Change the content of automatic response depending on pages

You can change the content of automatic message depending on each page.

Here, it explains how to set these contents below.
・Send message [Thank you for visiting. Do you have any questions about ACCESS method?] 5 seconds after opening ACCESS page.
・Give choices like [I want to know the closest station] or [I want to know the route from the closest station].

(1) Open setting screen of Chat Plus and click on [Chat]>[Function]>[Chatbot] on the left side of the screen.


(2) Click on [Automatic response setting]>[+Add automatic response].


(3) [Register automatic response] screen will be shown, enter necessary contents and click on [Register].

Set message to automatically send to visitors when they started a chat

What is the difference with [Automatic response setting]?
・Automatic response setting
→The set message will be automatically set even if the user did not do anything.
Message setting when chat started (This content)
→The set message will only be sent when the user started the chat.

(1) Click on the setting button on the upper right of the management page.


(2) Click on [Chat]>[Function]>[Initial Message] on the left side of the screen.


(3) Enter a message which you want to display first in the box [Initial message].


(4) Click on [+Add choices].


(5) Enter choices you want to display in boxes added in (4).
※If you click on [+Add choices], you can add multiple choices.


(6) Click on [Update].
