How to look at detailed log of history

In Chat Plus, you can acquire detailed log of the history by CSV.
Here, it explains how to acquire CSV and how to look at each content.

This function can be used above Business Plan.

How to acquire CSV

(1) Click on [History] at the top of the screen.

(2) Click on [Detailed log].

(3) The list of logs will be displayed, so click on the data you want to acquire data and save CSV file.

Visitor information

■Content：The information of visitors who visited site for the first time in the month is recorded.
■Creation date：Every first day of the month, it will be created of the previous month.
■Unit：The unit is one line one visitor.

Below shows the content of each line

Visitor history

■Content：The information of visitor's access history of the month is recorded.
■Creation date：It will be created everyday of the previous date.
■Unit：The unit is one line one PV.

Below shows the content of each line

Chat

■Content：The chat information of the day is recorded.
※The chat which hasn't started, or chat has started but not stated, the chat deleted in management page is also outputted.
※The chat is created only by visitor visiting the chat.
(Except for contract with valid high load option)
■Creation date：It will be created everyday of the previous date.
■Unit : The unit is one sentence one chat.
