By doing the following settings, you can operate inquiries with chatbot only during office hours.
Setting of opening hours
Refer to "Basic setup - Easy installation guide -"?6.チャットの受付時間(営業時間)を設定する.
チャットボットのみで運用する設定方法
(1)?Click the setting button on the upper right of the administration screen.
(2)?Click "Chat"> "Design"> "Menu".
(3)?Click "Menu"> "Chatting" tab.
(4)?Click "Show advanced settings".
(5)?Check the check box next to the left of "Do not display the message input frame" "Do not display only when offline", and click the "Update" button.
Prioritize chatbot when offline
You can give priority to chatbot without displaying offline form when offline. If you set up frequently asked questions in advance, you can answer customers' doubts even when there is no person in charge.
(1)?Open the chat plus login screen and click "chat"> "feature"> "chat bot" on the left side of the screen.
(2)?Check "Do not display offline form and prioritize chat bot when offline".
Set up the initial message when offline
(1)?Click "Show advanced settings".
(2)?Check the checkbox to the left of 'Use initial message when offline'.
(3)?In the "Offline Initial Message" field, enter the message you want to display when offline.
※ By checking the checkbox to the left of "Add Question" and entering the choices, you can display different options from the first message.
Set up an account only for chatbot?
(1)?Open the chat plus login screen and click "chat"> "feature"> "chat bot" on the left side of the screen.
(2)?Select the person whose account will be the chatbot dedicated account from the pulldown.
(3)?Check the checkbox to the left of "Chatbot Private Account allows only chatbot to be available" and click the "Update" button.
(1)?Open the chat plus login screen and click the "contact person management" on the left side of the screen.
(2)?Click the "Register icon" button and register an arbitrary image.
