Hide the chat temporarily

Here, it explains how to check if the chat is working on Demo Page, but not erasing the tag from your site.

 (1) Click on the setting button on the upper right of the management page.

(2) Click on [General Setting]>[Manage IP setting] on the left side of the screen.

(3) Check in the box [Hide the chat in a specified URL] and enter site's domain in the box. ※If you want to designate multiple sites, punctuate with [,].

[*{Domain Name}*]. ※For example, if you want to hide the chat in chatplus.jp, enter *chatplus.jp*. By entering [*] at first and end of the domain, you can set not to display the chat in URL including those domains.

(4) Click on [Update].

To display the chat again, leave the box [Hide from a specified URL] empty.
