Lead Design

You can change lead's design and information acquiring. Click on [Update] after setting each category.

In here, as an example, it will explain [How to display lead screen to acquire names and email addresses].

Set design and information acquiring

(1) Open Chat Plus's setting screen and click on [Lead]>[Design] on the left side of the screen.

(2) Change colors if necessary and click on [Option]>[Acquire name] at the center of the screen, check in the box.
※By default, you can acquire email addresses so you do not have to check for that box.

(3) Click on [Update] at the bottom of the screen.
