The chat always shows the offline form

It is possible that your trial period is over if the chat always shows the offline form.
Check to see the trial period with the method below.

(1) Click on the invoice button on the upper right of the management page.

(2) Check to see the trial period on the upper side of the screen.
■Screen when the period is over.

■Screen when the period is not over.
