History sending

If you register email address, you can send email when chat finishes. Enter email address you want to register.

Support sender (ticket function)

You can send the email address of support sender.
Enter the email address you use for user support in "e-mail address", enter the name you want to show in e-mails in "name".
※Make sure that mails used for support are transferred to "xxxxxxx-xxxxxx@tickets.chatplus.jp"(the address displayed in bold below the frame of the mail address). When a visitor sends an email to the registered support sender's email address, it is transferred to chatplus and can be managed by the ticket function.
