Induct ChatPlus to BASE

Here, it explains how to induct ChatPlus to BASE.

The installation of ChatPlus can only be done above Minimum Plan, and BASE can be used from free plan. Specification of BASE could be changed so please be mindful of that.

Download ChatPlus App

(1)Install ChatPlus App from BASE Apps

(2)The screen will be changed to ChatPlus registration screen, so register.

Copy chat window code

(1)Log into ChatPlus and click the setting button on the upper right of the management page.

(2)Click [General setting]>[Chat window] on the left side of the screen.

(3)Copy the tag within the red box in the section "Chat window".

Induct to BASE

(1)Log into BASE

(2)Click [Design]

(3)Click [Edit HTML]

※HTML can be edited after app is downloaded. Please download the app first.

(4)Paste the code you copied before ＜/body＞ tag.

(5)Click [Update preview]>[Save]

(6)Check to see if the chat is displayed.
