Do not show the chat on Smartphones

You can hide the chat on Smartphones.

Here is how you do it.

Hide the Eye・Catcher and title bar on Smartphones

(1)Click the setting button on the upper right of the management page.

(2)Click [Chat]>[Design]>[Menu] on the left side of the screen.

(3)Click [Stand by] tab

(4)In the section "Smartphones", leave the box "Use Eye・Catcher" empty, and check in the box "Delete Title bar".

(5)Click [Update]

If there are chatbot which activate automatically, set to activate only on PC.

Even if you hide the Eye・Catcher, there might be an automatic chatbot like "Activate 10 seconds after displaying page", and the chat will be displayed because of that.
With Chat bot+, you can solve this problem by setting to work only on PC by setting up the device type of users.

In the section "Display Rules", click [Device] from the pull down, and check in boxes "Windows" and "Mac".
