Operation on Chat Plus

Applicable Plan

In order to work with LINE, it is necessary to contract Business Light Plan and above and it costs 10,000 yen per month as an option

Collaboration procedure

(1)Press setting button on right-upper side of your management screen

(2) Press "External"＞"APP" on left side of your screen

(3)Select "LINE"

(4)Enter "Channel ID" and "Channel Secret" and press the "Link" button

How to check "Channel ID" and "Channel Secret"
(1)Go to LINE Developers（https://developers.line.me/ja/）and log in

(2)Click your channel name to move to the channel basic setting screen

(3)You can check "Channel ID" and "Channel Secret" in the red frame

Operation on LINE

Applicable Plan

Although LINE's charge format change regulary, you need to subscribe to a plan that can use Push and Reply of the Messaging API

Collaboration procedure

(1)Go to LINE Developers（https://developers.line.me/ja/）and log in

(2) Click your channel name to move to the channel basic setting screen

(3)Click the "Edit" button at the buttom of the page, and edit the "Webhook URL" as follows
→https://app.chatplus.jp/admin/cp/external/line/v1/connect/Contract key/Site ID

How to confirm "Contract key" "Site ID"
(1)Press setting button on right-upper side of your management screen

(2)The code is displayed in the lower frame of the "Chat window" in the center of the screen, so check the red frame
*The code can be checked by clicking "General"＞"Window" on the left side of screen.
