Lock the Image Map at the bottom of the chat

Image Map is to display questions and choices in the chatbot as an image, and by clicking that the action will follow depending on the image the users clicked.
With Chat Plus, you can lock the Image Map at the bottom of the chat screen.

How to create an Image Map

For more information about the Image Map, please refer to Image Map
※If you want to lock the Image Map at the bottom, please use Image with 1040px width
Also, do not set anything for [Display Rule] in Image Map.

Turn off the Image Map

(1) Click on the setting button on the upper right of the management page.

(2) Click on [Chat]>[Function]>[Chatbot+] on the left side of the screen.

(3) In the list of rules in [Chatbot+], turn off the created Image Map.
※ Click and you can switch [ON/OFF].

Setting of how to lock the Image Map

(1) Click on the setting button on the upper right of the management page.

(2) Click on [Chat]>[Design]>[Menu] on the left side of the screen.

(3) Click on [On Chat].

(4) Click on [Detailed Setting].

(5) Check in the box [Use-(Image Map)], and click on the Image Map you want to use.

If you want to use different Image Map to each PC and Mobile version, you have to create 2 Image Maps in advance. Check in the box [Use -(Image Map)] with the same procedure above, and the pull down for mobile version will show. Choose Image Maps for each and click.
