チャットボット
With ChatPlus, you can send/receive a file within 10MB.
It can be set as these below.
Sending a file when chatting
(1)Click the setting button on the upper right of the management page.
(2)Click [Chat]>[Design]>[Menu] on the left side of the screen.
(3)Click [On chat] tab.
(4)Check in boxes "Authorize attaching a file from operators" and "Authorize attaching a file from users" if necessary.
※You can set for each operator and user.
(5)Click [Update]
Sending a file [Operator]
When the setting is "Authorize attaching a file from operators", you can send a file with this procedure.
(1)Access the chat screen of the operator.
(2)Click the arrow [Menu] on the top right of the chat window.
(3)Click [Upload file]
(4)Click [Browse] and choose a file you want to send.
(5)Click [Upload] and the file will be sent.
Sending a file [User]
If the setting is "Authorize sending a file from the user", the user can send a file with this procedure.
(1)Click the clip mark on the bottom right of the chat window.
(2)Click [Browse] and choose a file you want to send.
(3)Click [Upload] and the file will be sent.
Sending a file with Chat bot+
By using action in Chat bot+, [Send file] and [Stamp], you can send a file.
For more information about the usage of Chat bot+, please refer to Chat bot+.
Here, it explains how to set [Send file] and [Stamp].
When sending a normal file, use [Send file] and when sending an image, use [Stamp].
Setting of the [Send file]
(1)Click the setting button on the upper right of the management page.
(2)Click [Chat]>[Function]>[Chat bot+] on the left side of the screen.
(3)Please refer to Chat bot+ to set [Basic Information] and [Rule].
(4)In the section "Action", click [Send file] from the pull down.
(5)Add images with these following methods.
■Add an image by entering file's URL in the box "URL".
■Add an image by clicking [Add from media].
(6)Click [Update]
Setting of [Stamp]
(1)Click the setting button on the upper right of the management page.
(2)Click [Chat]>[Function]>[Chat bot+] on the left side of the screen.
(3)Please refer to Chat bot+ to set [Basic Information] and [Rule].
(4)In the section "Action", click [Stamp] from the pull down.
(5)Click [Register Stamp]
(6)Click the image you want to display as stamp, and click [OK].
(7)Designate stamp size with [%] or [px].
(8)Click [Update]
