Edit・Delete sent message

In Chat Plus, you can edit・delete sent message which operators sent to users.

Edit message

(1) Open the chat screen and put the cursor on the message you want to edit. There will be buttons [Edit] and [Delete] at the top right of the message, click [Edit].

(2) Text area will show and you can edit the content.

(3) Enter new message in the text area and click on [Save change].

(4) The edited message will be displayed [Edited], and the edited message will be reflected to the chat screen of the user.

Delete message

(1) Open the chat screen and put the cursor on the message you want to delete. The buttons [Edit] and [Delete] will show at the top right of the message and click [Delete].

(2) The delete confirmation message will show, so click [Delete].

(3) [The message has been deleted] will show and the message will be deleted from the chat screen of the user.
