Knowledge Base


Register Q&A on Knowledge Base, operators can browse the list of registration during the chat, and operators can copy and send the sentences through chat.

It can only be done above the Premium Plan.
Users can search in Knowledge base also, please refer to 「Enable users to search in Knowledge Base Q&A」for more information.

Knowledge Base Registration

(1)Click the setting button on the upper right of the management page.


(2)Click [Chat]>[Function]>[Knowledge Base] on the left side of the screen.


(3)Click [+Add]


(4)Enter contents you want to browse during the chat in each [Q] [A] and [Tag] box.

Edit Knowledge Base

To edit [Q] [A] [Tag], click the empty space on the right of the registered [Q] [A] [Tag].

Export Knowledge Base

You can export Knowledge Base and use. It is convenient if you are operating multiple sites.

(1) Open ChatPlus setting, click [Chat]>[Function]>[Knowledge Base] on the left side of the screen.


(2)Click [Export]


(3)「Open or Save "XXXXX.csv file"」will appear, click [Save].

Import Knowledge Base

You can copy and use the Knowledge Base exported as CSV file. It is convenient if you are operating multiple sites.

(1) Open CSV file which Knowledge Base is exported.


(2)Copy Knowledge Base you want to import from the list.


(3)Open ChatPlus setting, and click [Chat]>[Function]>[Knowledge Base] on the left side of the screen.


(4)Click [Import]


(5)The empty box to paste the imported Knowledge Base, so paste it which you copied in (2).

Importing all Knowledge Base in CSV file
(1)Click [Browse]
(2)Click exported CSV file
(3)Click [Send]

(6)Click [Send] and confirm the Knowledge Base has been added in [Q] [A] [Tag].

Knowledge Base Usage

(1)During the chat, click [Knowledge Base]


(2)The list of Knowledge Base will be opened in a different tab, click speech bubble on the right of the Knowledge Base.


(3) Confirm the Knowledge Base has been pasted in the chat, click [Send]
