Customize survey displayed when ending chat

In Chat Plus, you can customize survey which is displayed when ending a chat.
You can acquire surveys like [Helpful] and [Not helpful], it is useful for the improvement of the chatbot.

This function can only be used above Premium Plan.

Customize survey when ending a chat

(1) Click on the setting button on the upper right of the management page.


(2) Click on [Chat]>[Design]>[Menu] on the left side of the screen.


(3) Click on [Menu]>[End].


(4) Click on [Display detailed setting].


(5) Check in the box [Display survey].


(6) Enter and check in necessary places.
:Enter title
:Choose question type from the pull down
※Choose from Text, Text area, Radio button, Check box, Select box.
:Check this and you can make the content required.
:Check this and you can add choices in the survey.
:Check this and you can add questions in the survey.


(7) Enter text in [Text in send reply] and [Message after answering survey].


(8) Click [Update].


(9) Confirm if the preview screen is updated.

Check survey history

Check history

Acquired survey can be checked in the history page.

(1) Click on [History] at the top of the screen.


(2) The list of chat history will be shown. If there is answers to the survey, the icon will be displayed besides the check box.

Answers with only [good/bad] feedback or check box (no comment) is displayed as [Good] or [Bad] mark and with comment, it will be displayed as speech bubble mark.

(3) If you check the chat with survey answers, the result of the survey will be displayed at the end of history screen.

When history was outputted from CSV download button, the survey result will be displayed in a file.

Search History

When searching history, you can narrow down chat with survey answers.

(1) Click on [History] at the top of the screen.


(2) Click on[Detail].


(3) Click on [Survey answers] from the Survey pull down.


(4) Click on [Search].


(5) The chat with survey answers will be displayed.
