When you are operating only with the chatbot, the text area needs to be hidden. Here, it explains how to hide the text area.
※The following settings can only be done with Business Light Plans and above. It cannot be used with the Minimum Plan.
Setting
(1) Click on [Chat]>[Design]>[Menu] on the left side of the screen.
(2) Click on [On chat].
(3) Click on [Detailed Setting].
(4) Check in the box [Hide the text area].
(5) Click on [Update].
