Display history with operators

Here, it explains how to display the chat history only with the operator. (not chatbot)

(1) Click on [History] at the top of the screen.

(2) Click on [Detail] at the top right of the screen.

(3)F rom the pull down [Content], click on [Operator: Include manual].

(4) If that was chosen, the screen will be automatically changed to the history which operators responded manually.
